"Really regretting this purchase"
I emailed customer service twice about my order and still never got an actual answer. At this point, it feels like once they got my money, they stopped caring. I’m frustrated and kind of wish I hadn’t bought from them in the first place

"Late delivery, barely any tracking"
Ordered it and then just... waited. The shipping took way longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really help. It barely updated, so I had no idea where the package was most of the time. It did finally show up, but yeah, not a great delivery experience.

"I ordered a couple of things from..."
I ordered a couple of things from Daily Stoic, and everything in the package was exactly what I picked out. Nothing was missing, and there weren’t any wrong sizes or mix-ups, which I definitely appreciated.

Shipping took a little longer than I’d expected at first, but it wasn’t a big deal. The tracking worked fine, and everything showed up in good shape, so overall I’m happy with the order

"Nice journal, though a little on the pricey side"
I picked this journal up recently, it feels really well made. The pages have a nice feel to them, the print came out clean, and the cover seems sturdy enough to hold up with regular use. I’ve been happy with it so far. My only small gripe is that it feels a bit pricey for what it is, but overall it’s a solid journal

"Helpful emails, just a little frequent sometimes!!"
I’ve had a good experience with the Daily Stoic emails!! I reached out to them once, and the response was clear and came back in a reasonable amount of time, which I appreciated.

The newsletter is usually useful and stays on topic. Some days it really hits at the right moment, especially the shorter thoughts and quotes that are easy to take in quickly.

The only reason I’d probably give it 4 stars is that there can be a lot of emails sometimes. It’s not a huge issue, but I do end up skipping a few here and there...

It felt overpriced imo. The product itself is fine, nothing terrible, but definitely not worth what they’re charging. I expected a lot more for the money and ngl, I kinda regret buying it

"Checkout felt way harder than it should’ve"
I was just trying to place an order, but the site kept pushing back on me at every step. I’m careful with my personal and payment info, so when checkout started glitching and making me redo things, it definitely made me hesitate. I eventually got through it, but it was more frustrating than it needed to be.
